Shauna is a reliable and honest professional who loves helping people buy and sell their homes. Shauna has lived in Ottawa all of her life and has had the opportunity to live in a variety of areas over the years, giving her first hand knowledge of Ottawa neighbourhoods.

Shauna has enjoyed much success in her career to date and looks forward to a bigger and brighter one ahead. She had the opportunity to work with professional sports teams as the Director of Game Day and Special Events for the Ottawa Rebel Lacrosse Club and The Ottawa Renegades. Shauna created her own marketing and sales company over 15 years ago that allowed her to use her creativity and marketing skills to” make things happen”. Some of her clients were Molson Canada, Toppers Pizza, Guinness, Beau Roc, Smirnoff, GAL Power, Benson and Hedges, AFS Superstore, York Entertainment and many more.

Shauna has been working hard as Real Estate Sales Representative since 2006. Shauna uses her skills and her connections to buy and sell homes. Shauna uses her organizational and people skills to make what can be a stressful event as enjoyable as possible.

When Shauna is not selling real estate she spends time with her Husband Mike, her little girls Luella and Danika in their home in Stittsville. Shauna has a big close family and lots of friends who always get together for bbq’s, camping, dinners out, and concerts, and so much more.

Shauna has many other interests like traveling, working out, watching Coronation Street (yes she is a Corry street junky) and has been involved in many organized sports. Shauna played Rugby with the Ottawa Irish Rugby Club, and was on the Carleton University Waterpolo team. Shauna also has been an active member of many charitable organizations including 65 Roses, ALS, Make a wish foundation, ALS golf tournaments, Ducks unlimited member, and the Shepherds of good hope Christmas basket donation.

Shauna has always loved to work and has enjoyed every job from her first part time job at Dairy Queen at age 13 to serving at restaurants including Marshy’s at the ScotiaBank for 6 years. Shauna successfully planned events and organized the opening ceremonies for the first Ottawa Renegades game including arranging the snowbirds to fly over. She is happiest now helping people with the biggest purchase of their lives. Shauna will not only help find a home for you but find your perfect home or find the perfect buyer for your home.

Melissa works behind the scenes with Shauna as her  ‘Operations Manager‘.

Melissa is originally from Ontario where she has been a licensed Realtor since 2001. She specializes in both urban and rural residential real estate.

She is a second generation Realtor and grew up in the business with her father who previously had a 35 year career as a Real Estate Broker that owned and operated his own brokerage.

Her extended family members work in Property Management, Construction and Mortgage Finance, so she has been well versed in many aspects of real estate throughout her career.

Recently, Melissa has further developed insight from a different province, spending three years living in Victoria, BC where she sold homes on Vancouver Island. She has since returned to be closer to extended family and friends.

Melissa and Shauna had collaberated previously in the real estate business and she is delighted to be working with Shauna once again.
